سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال:

- الإرجاع والاستبدال حق مضمون لجميع عملائنا، وينطبق على جميع المنتجات المعروضة في متجرنا.

- جميع المنتجات المعروضة في متجرنا تخضع لسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال وفقًا للشروط والأحكام المذكورة في هذه الصفحة.

- يتم قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال بشرط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وتغليفه الأصلي.

- يتم قبول الإرجاع خلال ثلاثة (3) أيام، والاستبدال خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

- يرجى التواصل معنا عبر صفحة "اتصل بنا" أو عبر الهاتف لطلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

- يرجى تصوير المنتج وإرساله إلينا مع مدينتك وعنوانك ورقم طلبك لاستبداله بمنتج آخر في حال وجود أي تلف أو عيب أو عدم مطابقته للوصف.

- سيتم رد المبلغ المدفوع بالكامل للعميل إذا كان المنتج المستلم مختلفًا تمامًا عن وصف المنتج الموجود على موقعنا.

- لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي توقعات تتعلق باستخدام العميل للمنتج غير المذكورة في صفحة المنتج على موقعنا. - سيتم تطبيق خصم 30 بالمائة أو قيمة لا تقل عن 25 درهم في حال عدم رغبة العميل بالمنتج وليس فيه أي عيب أو مشكلة على الإطلاق.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Returns or exchanges are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.

- Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

- Please contact us through our Contact Us page or by phone to request a return or exchange.

- Please photograph the product and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number so we can replace it with another product if it is damaged, defective, or does not function as described.

- A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding product use by the customer that are not mentioned on the product page of our website. - A 30 percent discount or a value of no less than 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any problem whatsoever.
